We're looking for a dedicated Service Dispatcher to join our team and help keep our operations running smoothly.

Position Summary:

As our Service Dispatcher, you'll be the first point of contact for customers calling in or visiting our office. You’ll handle scheduling, dispatching field technicians, and ensuring that our clients’ HVAC and plumbing needs are met promptly and professionally. This role is essential in maintaining the flow of daily operations and providing exceptional service to our valued customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Service: Greet and assist customers in a friendly, professional manner, both in person and over the phone
• Call Handling: Answer, screen, and direct incoming calls, scheduling appointments, dispatching service calls, and handling customer inquiries
• Dispatching: Efficiently dispatch HVAC and plumbing technicians to job sites, ensuring optimal use of resources and on-time arrivals
• Service Coordination: Maintain and update technician schedules, ensuring all service requests are completed as per timelines
• Data Management: Keep accurate records of customer interactions, service requests, and dispatch logs
• Administrative Support: Perform general office duties related to dispatch

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience in HVAC, plumbing, or related service industry is a plus
• Previous experience in a receptionist or dispatcher role is preferred
• Strong communication, customer service, and multitasking skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
• Proficiency with dispatch software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Positive, team-oriented attitude with a strong work ethic
• Must be reliable, punctual, and able to handle pressure effectively
